Best Realty Apps for Buyers and Sellers

Buying property is a big deal. From finances to choosing a neighborhood, people are overwhelmed with the many different things that come into play when house-hunting. If you’re hesitant with making such a large purchase, don’t worry you’re not alone. This is probably the biggest purchase you’ve ever made in your life! On the other hand, selling a home can be just as stressful with so many things to potentially worry about and get ready. Thankfully, we live in a time where we are fortunate enough to have easy access to information to help us know more about buying and selling home. With so many decisions to make, technology now can help us find answers quickly right in the palm of our hands.
As a realtor, I love to help my clients in the home-buying process as much as possible, so I wanted to share some great mobile applications that were created to help home buyer and sellers. Below, I’ve listed some of the top mobile apps you should download to help you with the process of buying or selling the home. From neighborhood statistics to mortgage calculators, these apps can help you with a lot of your house-hunting or selling needs!
Re/Max Mobile App – As a Re/Max realtor, I recommend this app for you to search local homes for sale across the country, including the Southwest Florida area. In this app, you can find nearby homes for sale based on your current location, view properties, zoom and navigate neighborhoods, save searches, share properties with friends and family via email, and more!
Realtor.Com Mobile App – This app also allows for you to search for any home and is known to have very accurate listing information. Although nothing is as accurate as a Realtors MLS data base, this app is helpful. If you want free access to my MLS data base, just send me a quick email at kim@movingswfl.damonazseo.com. This way I can write specific notes on your favorite properties that only you can see!
Homesnap Mobile App – If you happen to walk by or drive by a home for sale that you’re interested in, just take a photo with your phone and the Homesnap app is able to find the home and pull up the home’s interior photos from a database.
AroundMe Mobile App – When looking to buy a home, you aren’t just thinking about the house itself, but the neighborhood. You want to know what’s around. With AroundMe, you can see how close the home you’re interested in is to banks, restaurants, grocery stores, places of entertainment and more.
Mortgage Calculator Plus App – This is a Top 100 financial app in the United States; this app quickly calculates your mortgage, followed by showing analytics and graphs that describe what you’d have to pay over time, and more!
MagicPlan Mobile App – Worried about your current furniture not fitting in the new house you want to buy? Have no fear! MagicPlan app can measure rooms and create floor plans for you based on the photos you take.
