Celebrate the Holidays in Southwest Florida

As more and more people make their way down to Southwest Florida for the winter season, there are more happenings than ever for people to enjoy, especially around the holidays. Although the towns and cities of Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Estero are known for their great weather and beautiful beaches, there is so much more to do in the area and experience. The area has a vibrant culture and community. If you’re looking to move down here, rest assured that you will always find something to do! These events can give you just a taste of what is offered during the holidays in Southwest Florida.

Festival of Trees | Nov. 30 – Dec. 4 (11.a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Sidney & Berne David Art Center, Fort Myers
Goodwill of Southwest Florida and the Sidney & Berne David Art Center will host the 10th anniversary of the Festival of Trees, which is a showcase of trees decorated by local individuals, businesses, and organizations. The trees are auctioned and raffled.

“A Christmas Cactus” | Through Dec. 18
Marco Town Center Mall, Marco Island
Play by The Marco Players. Tickets cost $28-$30.

Christmas at Palm Cottage | Every Saturday in December
Palm Cottage, Naples
This historic cottage will hold holiday-themed house museum tours throughout the month. $13 for non-members.

Christmas Around the World | Dec. 3
Harborside Event Center, Fort Myers
The Kidz World Expo is offering kids activities for free.
