Southwest Florida Parade of Homes in Full Swing

It’s that time of year again! Southwest Florida Parade of Homes kicked off earlier this month and will last through March, showcasing all of the premier SWFL homes.

With Southwest Florida’s seasonal bustle in full swing, builders and agents see a spiked interest in properties. Parade of Homes not only helps the builders and agents capitalize on the hot market, but it also helps SWFL’s seasonal occupants hone in on their real estate wants and needs before they travel back north.

Builders’ Showcase of Homes commenced in Cape Coral last weekend, where real estate agents and builders showcased their finest Southwest Florida model homes. Included in the event, hosted by Cape Coral Construction Industry Association, are newly constructed and remodeled single-family homes, condos and townhouses. The carefully and tastefully decorated top tier models intend to inspire those in the market to purchase a new home.

Next month, Lee Building Industry Association will sponsor its 2016 Parade of Homes, which will extend over the course of two weekends. The parade runs Friday, Feb. 12 through Sunday, Feb. 14 and from Friday, Feb. 19 to Sunday, Feb. 21. The building company claims this year’s event will be the biggest, most exciting parade yet. What’s more, Lee BIA will grant the best new homes various awards.
